ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

• If you already possess an online account, simply download the App and log in using your username and password.
• Upon setup, you can enable Fingerprint login for swift and secure access, eliminating the need to remember passwords.
• Please be mindful that USD and EUR Cards necessitate different usernames. Therefore, Cardmembers must log in to the App separately for each currency.
• You can conveniently retrieve your User ID and reset your Password when needed.

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR SPENDING

• Track your current balance, recent and pending charges effortlessly.
• Sort Statements by amount, date, and transactions, gaining access to previous PDF statements.
• Easily freeze and unfreeze your card to restrict purchases if it goes missing.

ELIGIBLE CARDS

The Amex ICC App caters exclusively to ICC Personal and Business Cards issued directly from American Express. For all other non-ICC American Express cards, users are advised to utilize their local Amex App for account management.
